About Raven-Andrew

Bozho nikanek(Hello friends) My name is Andrew aka Raven.  Gchi Anishnabekaa II'w Niiwing Inaknakeyaa Ogitchidaw ndaw (I am the Ogima(Chief) of All Nations Warriors society.)

I was a youngin when I received my traditional name and began getting my teachings and began my path as a spiritual leader in my community.

I have followed the advisement of my elders since then and have done many things in my life since then.  I volunteered for a few years at the fire dept. I spent eight years volunteering for the Marine Corps, an have done many other types of volunteering throughout my life.

In 2012 I created a video to raise awareness of the white bison being hunted in Texas at the Texas Hunt Lodge, which went viral thanks to people like yourself viewing and sharing it to assist in raising awareness of the issue for all native nations as the white bison is a sacred animal. I am proud to say I sparked an uprising and saved the heard in a matter of one week.

Since then I have been featured in Artistic Philanthropy Magazine, and I am a Co-Founder of The Native American Indian Association and many other groups. Though I am legally blind I refuse to let that stop me from doing the things I want to do and set out to do.

I have been sharing my knowledge of our teachings since I was young and promote the betterment of society with those teachings.

My grandfather told me his vision of me and I have strived to make his spirit proud of the accomplishments I have made and the vows i swore to preserve our teaching and to serve the people.  I welcome you to join us, to share your knowledge and to preserve the teaching of your nations and to learn the teachings of the many other nations. I thank you for your interest and hope to have you with us in this journey.

To all my relations Ahau & Miigwetch.
